Brownies
Serves : 6
270 g dark chocolate - 8 oz (200g) caster sugar - 4 eggs - 8 oz (200g) melted butter - 5 oz (120g) flour - 5 oz (120g) ground almonds - 2 tea spoon baking powder - 6 oz (150g) walnuts - 1 pinch of salt.
Preheat oven to 150° (300 F).
In a medium bowl, mix the flour, the grounded almonds, the baking powder and the pinch of salt. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Cut the butter into small cubes and add it to the chocolate.
Whip the eggs with the sugar. add the chocolate mixture to it. Then add the flour mixture and mix.
Crush the walnuts and mix it into the mixture. Bake for 20 minutes in the middle of the oven.
